Edited pitching category from k% to K, as per board decision to increase value of starters relative to relievers. This better reflects the actual relative value between starters and relievers.

Required Roster at Beginning of Regular Season
Please note that at the start of a season, each team needs to have at least 19 active MLB guys on their roster. Essentially, everyone is required to "field a team". If a team fails to field a team at the beginning of the year, then they will forfeit their 1st round pick in the next NFAD. Don't worry if injuries strike during the year, you won't be penalized if mid-season injuries make you unable to field a full team. That will sometimes happen and there's nothing you can do. The intent of this rule is to prevent teams from completely sandbagging a season or multiple seasons (even the real life Marlins have to field a team, haha).

Disabled List
Active players cannot be stored on the disabled list. Eligibility for the DL is determined by our league provider, espn. When a player who was on the DL is activated by espn, GMs have two weeks to move the player either back to the active MLB roster or move him to paid minors (remember, WPs are tradeable). If a GM does not take action for two weeks, then the board will automatically move the DL'd player to paid minors via a WP. If the team does not have a WP, the board will move the player to paid minors and the team will be charged 3 WPs the next time WPs are reset. Note: If the GM is replaced with a new GM before the WPs are reset then this penalty will not be enforced.
Offseason DL: Teams may not have players in DL spots when rosters lock (or when submitting rosters prior to roster lock).

ESPN did not have the pitching categories we needed, so we've change the pitching categories to those closest to what we wanted: (1) QS (2) K (3) saves plus holds (4) ERA (5) on-base percentage against (6) k/bb ratio

To clarify, playoffs will be the top six teams from the AL and top six teams from the NL. I can't find the post right now, but Marlins told me he asked Nats months ago and Nats said that the SB voted to change what's listed above so that more teams make the playoffs and are competitive.
